Stay to Play Info

WHAT IS STAY-TO-PLAY?
Stay-to-Play means in order to participate in the tournament or event, teams and athletes must stay in one of the official hotels set up in the official tournament housing block.  Not only is it monitored by the tournament organizers, but if we are flagged as not staying at an official hotel, we do not get to play in that tournament and we forfeit our tourney fees.   

Also keep in mind, even for non-Stay-to-Play out of town events, it is fun to have the players and their families stay at the same hotels as much as possible as it contributes to team bonding.  

If you would like to volunteer to help coordinate hotel arrangements for all, it would be super helpful and appreciated by all.  Please use the links provided under each tournament for hotel information and recommendations.  

Nike Tournaments - LBE Girls

LBE girls have one Nike tournament requiring Stay to Play, however, LBE should be exempt from the requirement in Chicago.  This event will take place at McCormick Place so in the event you want to stay, please either make your own reservations or wait for the link when it is available.  We will communicate to you when we have it.
